Re: Why do some women hemorrhage after birth? Is it likely to happen again?
A lot of moms want to know if their second delivery will be similar to their first, and that’s a really good question. Luckily on your first baby you generally pave the way for all other children you’re going to have and it will be longer and harder than your others. If you delivered after 37 weeks with your first, chances are great that that will happen again and you will go to full term. If you’ve had two full term deliveries then your chances of having a pre-term delivery are only about 5% and that’s great news. There is no good way to predict when you’re going to have your baby and I can totally relate to that myself because I have a child at home and I’m due in January to have a baby and I would love to know when I’m going to have this baby too. However, there is no good way to predict. The good news is though, is that your first delivery is generally speaking harder and takes longer to get started and once it’s gotten started it usually takes longer after that. But your second is much different. Generally speaking, you will start labor faster and after it’s gotten started it will go much faster. And so hopefully you can plan on that and that all goes well for you. AFTER dog training
Notice the dogs are now waiting for a command when the door is opened. Previously the puppy could not contain herself and rushed out the door, creating a commotion every time the door was opened. It’s all about dog training, and child training. Children and dogs appreciate boundaries. It depends on the intelligence of your dog. It only took three to five repetitions for the dog to learn to wait when the door was opened, then reminding her every time I opened the door. Now she sits and waits for my command when the door is opened. It is SO MUCH easier when I open the door now. Dogs and children respond to training. Teens, tweens, preschoolers, and toddlers like it when parents set boundaries — which is the same thing as taking time for training. Parents must stop in the moment — take a good time — and show the child / teen / tween/ preschoolers/toddler what you expect and stop the undesirable behavior. Children and dogs respond to parent education. Parenting education is a great investment. Positive parenting and taking time for training are anti-bullying strategies. Bullies are not born, they are made. Positive parenting education can teach children to be non-violent. It’s all about good parenting. Dogs and children can learn to behave better when adults take the time to train them and have related, reasonable and respectful consequences. Training takes time.
